Whatever happened to those endless summers from schooldays. The ones that lasted for ever, that seemed to never end, daily sunshine pouring down on days in the park, on your bike, with your friends. Finding new interests, pursuing ones neglected. Surviving on 50p and a bottle of pop, walking, running, cycling for miles on end, adventuring further and further afield with each year of boldness.
I miss those endless skys.

Trip to London #4...The Verdict
Well the transport all worked to plan, train, Tube, walking. Even the delay at suppliers did not supper plans and schedules, all in all a successful trip. The return journey is currently in progress, any problems will be swiftly swore at. Home in time to see Usain Bolt demolish pre-conceptions (if there were still any) in the 200 metres, hopefully.
Trip to London # 4
journey to London has not properly started and snags have already been encountered.
Amazingly, out of the 8 local taxi company's I rang to organise getting to the train station, only 1 could get me anywhere near the time I needed, but it still would have left me waiting at the station for 45 minutes. What can be keeping them so busy at 6:30 in the morning?
